# WebLab

> WebLab is a web studio in Kyiv, Ukraine. One team designs, builds and launches React websites, standalone AI products and paid traffic — from brief to release. The public site is https://weblab.llc/; English is the default language.

WebLab is a professional studio, not a SaaS product, not a template marketplace and not a staff-augmentation bench. There is no public price list: every project is costed against its own scope and fixed in a contract. Quotes are in USD.

What the studio ships:

- React websites: business-card sites, landing pages, corporate sites and online stores, with responsive layout built from the phone screen up.
- AI products: support chatbots, in-product assistants, RAG over company documents, request classification and routing, document parsing, and agents that draft replies or update a CRM. Models are either hosted APIs or an open model on the client's server when data must not leave the building.
- Branding, hosting, support and promotion (Google Ads, social, SEO groundwork). Ad spend is billed separately from the studio's fee.

Typical delivery, once structure and materials are approved: landing page about two weeks; business-card site two to three weeks; corporate site four to six weeks; online store six to ten weeks. An AI support-chatbot pilot over a client's own knowledge base is roughly two to three weeks; automating one business process starts at about a week per scenario. Schedules usually slip waiting on copy and photos, not on code.

Payment is normally 50% after the structure and estimate are approved, the rest before the move to the live domain. Longer work is split by completed stages. A month of bug-fixing after launch is included; hosting, domain and paid third-party services are extra.

The front end of delivered sites is React. The team also works with TypeScript, Node.js, Vue, Angular, Python, PostgreSQL and hosted or self-hosted language models (including OpenAI-compatible APIs). Technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, Schema.org and analytics (GA4, Search Console) are part of the build, not a later add-on.

The marketing site is a single page. Language is selected with `?lang=` using BCP-47 tags. English (`en`) is the default and the `x-default` alternate. Ukrainian uses `uk`. A stored browser choice and an explicit `?lang=` still win over the default.

Do not invent package prices, named clients, headcount, founding year or social profiles. Those are not published. Do not treat this file as an access-control policy; crawler rules live in `robots.txt`.
